Is BRUNCH Provided?
Ice bath sessions are completely optional. You'll be paired with a small group of people going in for a timed session, with breathwork guided by Makela Pichler.
How do the ice bath sessions work?
Please bring a yoga mat, towel, water, any props you'll need for yoga class, bathing suit for ice plunges, change of clothes and shoes for brunch, sunscreen, and any beach items you'll need.
What should I bring?

The event is at Paloma restaurant in Venice, on Abbott Kinney and Venice Blvd. Class will be held on the outdoor deck. Street parking is available around the location.
WHERE IS THE EVENT LOCATED?
You'll be able to purchase tickets until we sell out, or 24 hours before the event. All participants must purchase a ticket before registration closes. You're welcome to invite guests and friends as long as tickets are still available.
