Regular sculpt classes focus on the workout experience itself. This training teaches you how to create those experiences for others from an embodied place - understanding the physiology behind why certain exercises work, how to sequence movements for maximum impact, and how to hold space for transformation. You'll learn the science of exercise design, the art of musical integration, and the spirituality of somatic leadership that makes sculpt truly transformational.

How is this different from regular sculpt classes?

While teaching experience is helpful, it's not required. However, we do suggest attendance of 10 in-person sculpt classes before the training begins. This ensures you have embodied experience with the practice before learning to facilitate it. The training is designed to meet you where you are while challenging you to develop both technical skill and energetic presence.

Do I need teaching experience to attend this training?

This is not a certification. It is training that approaches sculpt as both physical practice and spiritual ceremony. While you'll grow technical skills like anatomy, exercise progressions, and class design, you'll also learn somatic leadership, energetic facilitation, and how to create transformational containers. We blend rigorous attention to biomechanics with understanding that movement can be medicine when approached with the right intention and skill.

What makes this sculpt training different from other fitness certifications?
