Dan Pfister

CEREMNY Men’s Work facilitator and meditation teacher Dan Pfister guides high achieving professionals and creatives to reconnect with their joyful energy, confidence, and purpose. Through 1:1 coaching, team workshops, and guided meditations, he empowers his clients to access their decisiveness and full vitality as they create more purposeful lives, integrating spirituality with ambition.

As a previous participant in CEREMNY’s Masculine Blueprint program, Dan formed deep brotherly bonds, deepened his self-awareness, and evolved in all aspects of his life, which continues to ripple outward in his relationships and work. Dan lives on the West Side and is an active member and leader in the CEREMNY community.

Brian Daly

Brian James Daly is a guide and leader devoted to helping people break free from limiting patterns and beliefs to find authenticity, purpose and freedom. After two decades in the entertainment industry as a successful entrepreneur and award-winning creative and seven years in a think-tank focused on systemic transformation in education and health, Brian felt called to bring his life-long journey with wellness and spirituality to others ready to live lives beyond their dreams. 

Brian is a trained somatic healer, men’s team leader, addiction coach, retreat facilitator, writer and speaker. With a grounded and spiritual presence, Brian creates safe spaces for deep healing and personal awakening. Every engagement is unique so please reach out if you’d like to learn more.

The Masculine Blueprint is designed for men who are ready to take intentional steps toward personal growth, leadership, and deeper connection. Whether you're seeking clarity in your purpose, stronger relationships, or a blueprint to elevate your career and impact, this program provides the structure, support, and accountability needed to make meaningful change. No prior experience with men’s work or coaching is required - just a commitment to showing up and doing the work.

WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?

Our Weekly Men’s Work Drop-Ins are designed to give men a taste of this work in a welcoming, low-commitment environment. These 75-minute weekly gatherings introduce key concepts, provide space for reflection, and allow men to connect with like-minded individuals in a supportive group setting.

The Men’s Blueprint program is a structured, in-depth 12- to  journey for men ready to fully commit to personal growth and leadership. Unlike the drop-in nature of the 75-minute weekly sessions, this program meets weekly for 2.5 hours in person with a dedicated group of men who are all committed to the process. It dives much deeper into key themes, providing guided exercises, accountability, and personal coaching to help you create lasting transformation.

No you do not need to have prior men's work experience, however we recommend attending one of our Weekly Men’s Work Drop-Ins prior to applying. Before you register, you'll be asked to fill out an application and schedule a call with the program's main facilitator to align goals and assess fit.
