No prior experience with men’s work or coaching is required - just a commitment to showing up and doing the work.

WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?

Our free Intro to Men’s Work sessions are designed to give men a taste of this work in a welcoming, low-commitment environment. These 75-minute weekly gatherings introduce key concepts, provide space for reflection, and allow men to connect with like-minded individuals in a supportive group setting.

The Men’s Blueprint program is a structured, in-depth 12- to 24-week journey for men ready to fully commit to personal growth and leadership. Unlike the drop-in nature of the intro sessions, this program meets weekly for 2.5 hours in person with a dedicated group of men who are all committed to the process. It dives much deeper into key themes, providing guided exercises, accountability, and personal coaching to help you create lasting transformation.
