If I've never done yogA / breathwork / meditation before, can I try the classes?
Most classes on the CEREMNY platform are streamed online whether they are taught in studio or not. Classes that are noted "virtual" are only online, while other classes are done publicly in studio and are available for in-person attendance.
What is the difference between virtual and studio classes?
Our staff of teachers and coaches are able to customize group classes as needed, and will always encourage you to take the classes that serve and support you best.
If I have injuries or contraindications am I able to participate in the classes?
We work with a variety of partner studios, and while we build out our space, classes will be held at one of those locations. Please check the class description for details on location.
