Bernard Colburn opens the challenge with a primer on the habits, sleep protocols, and recovery techniques that turn two weeks into real change.
Closing with Bernard
Closing Integration Workshop

Close the challenge as a community. Reflect on what shifted, integrate the lessons, and map the next chapter of your practice.

Participants are encouraged to join Sunday Strength at 10am and Mobility at 11:15am throughout the challenge. Showers available in studio.
